大部分装修公司的利润空间团装优惠后在两房1。3万以上，如果业主用这点进行倒推的话也能算出大致的材料费，固然装修公司的利润高低只要业主能接受，市场经济嘛。

要自己预算DIY,要分以下几步： 一任何装修公司的报价的本质或规律：装修总价=真实材料费+装修人工费+装修公司的利润 二装修人工费很好判断，一般情况下：两房的人工费在10000左右，三房两卫在12000-13000左右 三对照“完全材料清单”预算模板计算材料费，理由： 怎样看汇丹的通用模板，我们的模板只要房型与几个卫生间碰得拢的话，这里面有规律可找： 1所用的项目就我们模板上的内容 2所用的材料也就模板上的内容 3由于各家的房子面积与模板不一样，只要调整部分面积 4由于每家的设计要求不同，只要调整其中部分材料的用量，关键是木材类 5由于每家的眼光不一样，对大材料里的品牌按自己的喜好填入就可以。
