6月7日现场团购嘉年华《材料大课堂》主讲商家

<TD class=content3>康辉地板建议您对实木地板的检验主要从以下几方面入手： 1、纹理：纹理是判断地板好坏的标准。有规则的纹理，美观大方，为地板中的上品；纹理杂乱无章或倒丝流的地板质量较差。 2、色差：实木地板都存在色差，但不应太严重， 如反差很大和发黑的建议最好不用。 3、裂痕：中、低档地板都存在一定的裂痕，但不应太大。穿透纹理的裂痕会延伸，对今后有很大负面影响。 4、节子：直径小于3cm的活节子和小于2mm的且没脱落、非紧密型的死节子都不作为缺陷性节子。优等实木地板不允许缺陷节子存在。 5、弯曲：垂直面的弯曲程度不严重，铺设时可以矫正，不会留下痕迹；水平面的弯曲很难矫正，铺设后会留下不均衡的缝隙。

<DIV class=fenghong style="COLOR: #000000; LINE-HEIGHT: 21px">    在家庭装修工程中，消费者往往要自己购买地板、乳胶漆等主要装饰材料。如果委托装饰公司代购，还有一个到施工现场对材料进行认定的问题。目前在家庭装修中，使用实木地板在使用过程，如选材和铺设不当，就会出现一些“常见病”，如选材和铺设不当，就会出现一些“常见病”，如虫蛀、扒缝、响声、脏板、花脸、起鼓和起翘等，现在就对这些“病症”谈一些诊断的方法：     虫蛀：因为木材里虫子的咬蛀，地板表面经常能看到一堆一堆的粉末，令人烦恼。究其原因，与地板选材有关。为防止虫蛀，一是选购经过干燥窑喷蒸工艺生产出的地板，尽管价钱较为昂贵，但已将木材里的虫卵全部杀死；二是认真挑选龙骨，凡是有虫眼或树皮的一律不用。     扒缝：有的地板铺过数日，板条之间便出现了较大缝隙。这大都与地板铺设前含水率过高有关，因室内高温或风干而收缩。注意地板铺设前的含水率在8%-13%区间内，并且铺完后要及时上油。     响声：由于地板铺设的质量不高，人们在上面走动时会发现嗄吱的响声，听到后很不舒服。为此，要注意龙骨与地面，地板与龙骨之间结合牢固，用钉的数量和长度恰当。与此同时，要防止龙骨间距太大或者含水率过高，否则铺设后干燥收缩松动，也会造成一定的影响。     花脸：使用同一树种的板条，颜色也出现较大的差异。如果铺设不当，便极易呈现出“花脸”。在使用清漆本色地板铺设，特别是色差极大的树种板条时，您应考虑板条的选择和调配，做到地板的颜色由浅入深，或者由深入浅逐渐过渡。     起鼓：有的地板在铺完后，受潮膨胀而出现起鼓。这大都与地板周围的环境，特别是基础太潮或地板进水有关系。为确保地板不起鼓，要注意三点：一、土建工程刚结果时，不能立即铺设实木地板，二、如果居室地处在潮湿的环境里，以铺设防地板为宜；三、在铺设时，地板的含水率不能低于6%。  </DIV></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

 　　家庭的整体装修风格和理念是确定地板颜色的首要因素。深色调地板的感染力和表现力很强，个性特征鲜明，浅色调地板风格简约，清新典雅。近年来，一些貌似瑕疵的木地板，如树节、虫眼、腐朽、裂纹纹理的地板需求量上升，是人们重视自然、返璞归真理念的体现。　　其次，要注意地板与家具的搭配。地面颜色要衬托家具的颜色并以沉稳柔和为主调，因为地面装修属于永久性装修，一般情况下，不会经常更换，因此要选择比较中性的颜色。从色调上说，浅色家具可与深浅颜色的地板任意组合，但深色家具与深色地板的搭配则要格外小心，以免产生“黑乌乌”压抑的情景。　　居室的采光条件也限制了地板颜色的选择范围。采光良好的居室自不必说，可随意挑选；而楼层较低，采光不充分的居室则要注意选择亮度较高，颜色适宜的地面材料，尽可能避免使用颜色较暗的材料。　　另外，色彩会影响人的视觉效果，暖色调为扩张色，冷色调为收缩色。所以，面积小的房间地面要选择暗色调的冷色，使人产生面积扩大的感觉。如果选用色彩明亮的暖色地板就会使空间显得更狭窄，增加了压抑感。　　专家提醒，单块地板和整体铺装后所产生的效果给人的感觉是不完全相同的，因此要注意在选购中多铺几块看看效果，然后再确定是否购买。

上团销售的价格最实惠的有番龙眼与桦木；同类地板价格的便宜选购的时候需要谨慎，谨防有些地板商家以B级甚至C级通过加色、补粒子、电脑转印、贴面、漆面印刷等做成的问题地板，以价格便宜吸引消费者，欺骗消费者谋取暴利，这样的地板买回去，寿命与小白鼠的寿命大抵相当，2-3年；木材不好是指木材的综合性能不高，不适合做地板，但价格实惠，有“一分价格一份活的意思”。
