<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 拿到房子钥匙后，请上团网免费验了房，虽然是万科的口碑，在实际验房过程中还是发现了一些问题，如：空鼓，玻璃有划痕等。通知万科物业后，对方态度很好，立即派了人员进行维修，万科物业的贴心服务是很到位的，希望在以后的日子里能一如既往。</P>

<P>开工篇：</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 经历对多家装修公司地深入了解，比较衡量后，我们终于将新房的钥匙交给了上团网的中盛装饰公司，定于5月2日这个吉日开工。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在此也向那些曾经帮助关心过我们，虽然没有合作的装修公司表示谢意，有了和他们的多次交流沟通，才会有我们更成熟决定。</P>
