名门的老板娘看过来【已经处理，感谢上团和敏敏】

<P>在团购会上定了名门的模压门，5月17日安装。一共4个门，工人加班加点全部安装结束了，在此表示感谢！</P>

<P>可能是时间仓促还是别的原因，最后一个门的安装出了问题，门链处的表面面板断裂了两处，是掉下来又粘上去的，下面也有一处断裂处，用胶带纸粘着。因为当时是晚上9点钟，前面的三扇门都看了，偏偏这一扇门没检查。</P>

<P>我还买了名门的锁，5月17日安装的新港公寓5号楼，请名门上门检修更换！</P>

<P>另咨询网站，如果不能维修好，我能要求更换或者退货吗？</P>

您可以打电话给名门五金，提醒下要检修更换，如果是产品质量问题的是有理由要求退货的。

5月21日打了电话，到今天都没人来，名门的老板娘让找负责无锡地区的厂家安装的人，而这个人今天约明天，明确约下次，很是失望。当初下定，是冲着名门的牌子去的，但现在居然到现在都没看见人影！

楼主耐心点等吧，这种事情正常，一般不想继续做下去的话，都是这样的

<P>是啊，当初名门价格还比其他的贵一点，但因为冲着品牌和网站合作商，虽然贵点，还是订了，没想到，连上个门都那么困难，更别谈维修更换了。商家这么忙啊？还是因为付款了，就爱理不理了？</P>
