[/color]为了控制置顶贴的数量，真正发挥置顶贴的功能，论坛对置顶贴的操作作如下指引，请各版主依照执行：

一、置顶贴的前提条件
1、该贴具有紧急的版区公告性质。
2、该贴具有重大参考意义，并值得隆重推荐的。
3、该贴很重要，而且有时效性。就贴子内容而言，可能很少人会跟贴，极有可能沉底的。

二、具有如下特征的不能置顶：
1、该贴不具紧急或者重大参考意义的。
2、该贴虽然有本条1款的内容，但是跟贴多，能自身不断置顶的。

三、置顶贴的时间限制
1、一般的置顶贴最多只能置顶一周。
2、非常有必要的情况下，置顶贴可以延长一周。
3、如果该版区没有新的置顶贴的情况，已经存在的置顶贴不影响版区的观感，可以适当延长时间。

四、置顶贴的原则
1、能用精华贴的设置来推荐的文章，不用置顶贴来推荐。
2、一般情况下，与版务无关的文章，不宜采用置顶。
