五月份收的房，上团安排的验房，一直到这个月，房子的各种问题才整改的差不多。拿到房子后，一直在找装修公司，陆续谈了几家。由于我们预算有限，而且平时也没什么太多时间跑工地，所以想找一家负责任的装修公司。
第一次听见超艺的名字是在装修学校，听一位阿姨说定了他家的团装，后来发现单位上有两位同事找的也是超艺，反映还可以，于是就和超艺的徐老板开始接触。量房、出设计图和预算，可能是和超艺比较谈的来，很快我们就签了合同。之后我们又反复修改了设计方案好几次，每次改完都说这是最后一次了，在这里谢谢设计师小安了。呵呵！

6月28日开的工，没有什么特别的开工仪式，只是在网上查了查这天应该是个黄道吉日。[em24] 在物业交了装修押金，老板娘带着人马早就在小屋门口等着了。真是不好意思！
按计划敲掉了两堵墙，厨房看上去顿时敞亮了不少。敲墙期间，BF与水电王师傅确认了水电位置。对王师傅第一印象感觉很不错，希望做出来的活一样让人感觉不错。还有几个搬霸找上门。我家在17楼，搬霸开价就3000多，后来好不容易谈到个可以接受的价格都要签合同了，超艺老板娘提出先不付钱，瓦工结束后付500。搬霸死活都不答应。于是谈判终止。于是老板娘帮我们在外面找了个合作的搬运公司。
由于这一天停水，所以也没开成槽，一切只有等水来了再进行。

水电材料验收

周一下雨，周二送货的电动车没电，周三天公作美，送货的猛充了一晚上电，水电材料终于在今天上午进场了。中午溜出去验收了一下材料。终于见到传说中的爱康水管、喜爱电线了，之前做了功课，基本鉴定合格。只是水管上打的是“保利”的logo，心存疑虑之下打了一通电话，基本搞明白爱康、保利的关系了。一个是公司名，一个是产品名。
今天正好喊上物业试试下水通不通，因为之前下水管里塞了很多杂物，还好今天清理干净后，排水通畅。完成今天的验收工作后，回去路上接到超艺徐老板电话，建议我们在室内装一个总阀。这个建议不错，以后自家换个龙头、维修什么的，就不用找物业关总阀了。可是这个费用不包含在之前签定的合同里，准备和老板娘说说，收我们便宜点。
顺便赞一下水电王师傅，中午只出去吃饭了半个小时就回来接着干活，敬业啊！王师傅是同事推荐的，果然不错！

问过水电师傅了，我家一共八路，三个空调各一路，卫生间厨房各一路，插座一路，照明一路，电热水器一路。王师傅说我家原来的断路器都不错，属于梅兰日兰里比较好的系列，不用花钱换了。又省米了！
