房子是2007年7月份买的，买房的种种心酸一言难尽啊<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.wuxi.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em48.gif" border=0 smilieid="70"> ，txm都深有体会，我就不多说了，从此我当上了房奴<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.wuxi.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em19.gif" border=0 smilieid="87"> 。
话说2008年6月29日，万科如期把房子交给了我，虽然房子也有许多不满意之处，但万科的态度非常好，立即整改，再加上我们也急着住新房啊，就收房了！<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.wuxi.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em62.gif" border=0 smilieid="81">

这个户型还不错吧！方方正正，南北通透！大客厅，大主卧！
当然缺点也很明显：（1）面积小，没办法啊，我没米啊[em41] ，米校长米多，她不给我啊[em74] （2）次卧太小，开发商设计好像是书房，但就这么两个房间，只能把它当次卧使用了[em88] ，我的书房只能另想办法了，幸好我的设计师考虑周全，这个后话，暂且不提（3）厨房的缺点也很明显，可做橱柜的地方不多，这倒省了我不少米啊[em60]
总之，一个字“小”！[em24]

谈谈装修公司的选择吧，从买房到收房，陆陆续续收到不下百个电话，让我感觉到装修行业的人的热情，不过苦于自己工作繁忙、预算有限等因素，还是有选择性的谈了二、三家装修公司，因为四月份参加过一次上团组织的团装，七彩虹在那次单品团装中给出了点优惠，再加上对米校长的信任，当时就下定了，拿到房子后如约让七彩虹量房、预算、设计，总体上还是比较满意吧。
这里有个插曲，就是本来那次团装有个装修总价的折扣优惠，现在七彩虹起初以材料人工上涨为由，打算给我个具体钱数的优惠，不给打折了，算下来就少优惠400元，呵呵，400元不多，但给人的感觉就是诚信度不够，不能一诺千金，如果让我现在给七彩虹的诚信度打分，我只能给75分，勉强及格，优秀不到，最后双方各让一步，项目增加了点，折扣照打，当然，最后签合同了就是信任他们了，所以也要看他们下一步的作为了。[em75] 希望我们合作愉快哈[em87]
对于和装修公司、各js的交往经历也会拿上来晒晒，加强网络监督，也给txm提供经验哇，嘻嘻，在遵循事实的基础上，用事实说话，咱也来几段焦点访谈 [em88]
