万和油烟机-抽出去的油烟又不断滴落到灶台上,请万和给我一个满意的说法!!此问题持续时间已经达2个多月了

[color=gray]<DIV class=t_msgfont id=message5927653><FONT color=silver>我买的万和油烟机,之前是因为我亲戚买的也是这个牌子的,但是型号和我们的不同,他们装上了用了1年时间很好的,开机没有什么声音,但是我们刚刚装上就是声音很大,有点像拖拉机,而且声音不均匀,很刺耳,呼大呼小,在开小功率的时候油烟机也会有震动,明显的看到有震动,好像装的不牢!!,这是产品的问题还是安装的问题?<BR>万和的售后电话是多少?我的机器安装好还没有1个月时间哦!! <BR></FONT>今天万和的维修师傅来修理油烟机了,检查的结果说是安装师傅没有安装好,油烟机的出烟口和公共烟道不匹配,让我自己去外面买什么接口的东西,我就疑问了,一栋楼就我们家油烟机口小,别人家为什么都是都是刚好的,(另外一个你们售后服务难道就不提供这个什么接口，如果需要另外购买也可以在安装的时候给我说)，更值得怀疑的是，我们同一栋楼上也是在我推荐下买的万和的，他们的型号和我们基本相同，没有出现类似问题。维修小师傅的服务还是比较好的，因为没有多远，我给他讲的很明白，如果你们觉得是烟道问题，接口我们原配的不好用，我也可以购买，但是问题还是要帮我解决。他随后又叫了一个安装师傅一起来的，后来也没有用到接口，弄好了，他们说吸油烟可以正常了。我说你们说正常没有用等我用了才知道，果然我一顿饭没有做完燃气灶上的油烟变本加厉，比原来更多了，接油污的小盒如同虚设！！回头上图片让商家自己参考参考他们质量！！这可是一顿饭没有烧完后的第二遍檫灶台了,油烟机如同虚设,买了还有什么用????????????????</DIV><BR>

我的油烟机滴油有油污滴落于燃气灶上

用的时间刚刚一个礼拜,感觉油烟机的问题：
1、吸附力太低,明显的看到很多油烟都川到外面；
2、油烟盒外面油轰轰的，已经聚成滴，滴到灶台上。
这可是新买的油烟机阿，怎么感觉像是用了10几年的老油烟机！！！！！！！！！！！

解决问题是关键！！不要煞费心机买东东，质量问题已出现，连个杂牌也不如！！

哎!!看来明天要好好的跟他们售后谈谈了,问题很严重!!我都怀疑出厂的时候有没有通过检验!

昨天维修师傅比较认真的重新检查了一遍,把所有漏风口都包了起来,说应该没有问题.
不晓得是不是真的没有问题,只能等一个礼拜后看实际的事态发展.如果油还是滴的灶台上乱七八糟的,解决不好的话我就要要求商家给我更换新的!!!!
