罗卡代理的科勒洁具问题【已处理.商家更换浴缸】

<P><FONT face=楷体_GB2312 size=4>前天罗卡送货员将我家订的科勒浴缸送到楼下，叫我老爸检验一下，老爸简单检查内表面没有什么问题就收下了。</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=楷体_GB2312 size=4>当初包装状况：表面中间是硬纸包装、四边是有木板固定的，也很严实（应该是为了保护上周的边缘），说实在的不拆开木板根本无法看见浴缸四边的情况。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=楷体_GB2312 size=4>当初在楼下检验时，送货员仅仅将中间的硬纸板戳穿叫我老爸看看，也没有提示将四周固定的木板拆下检查。</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=楷体_GB2312 size=4>今天晚上打开木板，核对帖砖尺寸，结果吓了一大跳，<FONT color=red>在一个角落边缘竟然有7-8公分裂瓷</FONT>。</FONT> </P>

<P><FONT face=楷体_GB2312 size=4>联系了罗卡代理，他们说为什么当时不检验？<IMG height=34 alt="" src="http://bbs.wuxi.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em70.gif" width=33 border=0 smilieid="51"> </FONT><FONT face=楷体_GB2312 size=4>我们第一次买这些高档品牌的洁具，也没有什么检验经验，<FONT color=red>我感觉商家有义务提醒或全部打开包装请客户检验（当时送货员仅仅是把表面的硬纸板打开叫我老爸检验，并没有叫我老爸看四周的情况），并不是叫客户自己随便看看，因为我们没有经验，而商家经营这么多年应该有经验，知道什么地方需要检验!!!!!!</FONT> </FONT></P>

随便再说一句，如果是人为敲坏的话，那么<FONT face=楷体_GB2312 color=red size=5>包在四边的塑料纸应该有撞击痕的</FONT>，但是能清楚的看见那些包装的塑料纸很平整的粘贴在浴缸边缘，一点都没有撞击的痕迹！

<P>TXM当然是需要验收的，但是商家一定要“引导”客户怎样查看，不是一味推给客户。</P>

<P>如果这么重的浴缸全部在楼下拆了，上下左右捣鼓（检查）一下，怎么搬到楼上呀？商家不能说你签字了就什么不管了，要看具体的情况......</P>

<P>今天下午<FONT color=blue>罗卡的邵经理</FONT>到了我家，看了一下浴缸情况，并没有将损坏原因推卸给业主，态度比较好，而且将部分裂瓷碎片带回，说去做检验。</P>

<P><FONT color=#000000>&nbsp;&nbsp; 能清楚发现护角处有胶水迹象（其它三个护角根本没有胶水痕迹），并且胶水的面积与损坏处的大小一致，说明原先包装时已经是损坏的，是用胶水粘上去的，伤口也不是新的。</FONT></P>

科勒浴缸处理结果
