老房子涂墙面漆前一定要清理原有的墙面么？贴布可以么？

俺是老房子装修，原来装修的墙面涂料性能估计太好了，铲的话很费力气的。几乎要将原有的水泥层一起弄掉。
也就是说弄不好的话还要全都重新粉平。

装修队长给的意见是贴布，花费的人工跟铲墙的差不多，效果更好，能避免或减少墙面的开裂的可能，
而铲掉原涂料层还是不能避免或减少墙面开裂的可能，而且还要多花墙面找平的钱。



不知道他的这种说法对不对？或者各位了解这方面的TX来说说？？

<P>这个用水打湿俺的装修队长也说了，现在我就想知道，如果不铲除原有涂料（性能比较好的），直接涂胶水，然后上涂料有没有问题？会不会以后脱落、开裂呢？毕竟底层是涂料的，而不是水泥层！</P>

我家师傅说我家的墙面涂料已经空洞了，说要铲了重新粉
可是我觉得墙不错的，没有裂痕和涂料脱落
怎么才能看墙面是否需要重粉呢？

俺家的师傅说原来的涂料质量比较好，铲也费劲，铲掉后粉平的开销肯定也不小！

涂一次胶水用好的腻子粉不用铲除原有的墙面也可以的,以后不会开裂.铲除了在做效果会更好些,但成本也要高些.

<P>教你一个试过的方法，鉴定墙面是否需要铲，最重要的一个因素就是，墙面找平的材料是否是大白粉和胶水的，如果是还是要铲除，如何知道呢，请用小锤子轻轻敲破涂料层，这时刷水上去，再用平铲铲试试，像面条一样非常容易就铲下了的话，就是大白粉了，别犹豫加点人工，先敲破涂料膜，滚水铲吧。</P>

<P>恩，这个貌似我上次试验的时候就是很难铲的，铲下来的都是碎碎的粉末，完全不成形，更不可能像什么面条了，应该是属于幸运的情况吧！</P>

<P>如果这样的话，施工队长给出的：滚801胶水，然后贴“的确良”，再上腻子粉，再底漆，面漆，是不是也是比较好的处理办法呢，毕竟怕老的墙面开裂比较麻烦！</P>

<P>满墙涂801胶水，这要是在欧洲，装修公司一定不敢这样做，高处罚，发现得关门。这样做对人身体有害，欧州的环保理念一直领先亚洲。中国市场上也不是没有环保型界面剂，市场上很多，好的有机高分子型界面剂，普通的也有很多，价格也不高，主要是装修观念滞后，这些都交给装修公司或油漆工去打理了，选择权当然不在用户身上了，就像发达地区的地球人差不多都知道的一个生活饮食定律--动物脂肪油尽量不要吃，不过我们身边还有不知严重后果的人在饱口福。所以经济在进步，生活理念也需要更新换代，职业道德和修养更需要社会监督，我们所有的努力和付出，主要是为了追求幸福和财富，成功人士最后的答案几乎都是“健康才是最大的财富。”建议按墙面标准施工流程施工。</P>
