来回顾一下买房到现在的经历吧！
07年5月份 大热天的排队购得大华`梧桐城邦的二期期房 96平/二室二厅一厨一卫
不知所谓混混忳忳的到了08年的6月份，和LP蜜月回来，看看差不多拉，别家早个半年一年就开始搞装修了，那我们也开始吧，6月份冲到上图团装现场第一次就订了现在同济经典杨凯设计师。后来也比较了一些其他设计公司的设计师，总感觉不太灵光，所以最后还是选择了同济经典的杨凯，希望合作愉快。<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em87.gif" border=0 smilieid="55">

你是07年5月买的梧桐城邦啊？那时候应该已经涨了不少吧。记得以前他们推出一期4700元价格的时候我还说他们的价格太高呢，那想上海的房价会涨这么高？！<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em70.gif" border=0 smilieid="51"> 当了这么多年华客会的会员，看着大华地区的房价从2、3千的价格涨到现在的1万8，心里那个悔啊。。。

以后还要多仰仗支付宝的XDJMS去监督装修了，有问题想问一下，一般和装修公司签设计合同时候支付宝要一起签吗，支付宝和我们签的是什么合同？谢谢
