白领丽人提防“计算机皮肤”

脸上无端地生出许多痘痘，莫名其妙地添了几粒色斑，有时还会一连几天干痒起皮，脸色灰暗……这些都是不健康的“计算机皮肤”带来的不良影响。&nbsp;<BR><BR>&nbsp;大多数职业女性已经习惯这样的生活，一早冲进办公室头件事就是打开电脑，一天工作从此开始。回家后不少女孩仍要在电脑前流连，本来光滑漂亮的肌肤被难看的“计算机皮肤”悄悄取代——直到这时，女孩们才惊呼：“我平时注意保养皮肤，为何还会长出色斑、小痘痘！”<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;据了解，首先，电脑在开机状态产生的静电对皮肤的杀伤力很大。静电作用会使荧光屏表面吸附许多空气中的粉尘和污物，我们与电脑近在咫尺，大量的灰尘也会落在皮肤上，让皮肤变脏，毛孔堵塞、逐渐变粗，痘痘滋生；同时也吸附了肌肤表层的水分，使表皮脱水。久而久之，就会出现干性肤质越来越干、油性肤质越来越油的恶性循环；其次，电脑产生的辐射伤害皮肤和眼睛，导致眼睛干涩，黑眼圈的生成并逐渐加重，皮肤发干，并有可能导致光敏性皮肤病——皮肤上出现小红疹或红斑。<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;所以在此提醒，整天忙着无纸化办公的女孩，一定不要忘记保护娇嫩肌肤。首先，避免长时间流连在电脑前，尽量饮用具有抗辐射作用的绿茶；其次，不论化妆与否，都要彻底清洁面部，预防吸附在脸上的灰尘引起小痘痘；再者，注意增加皮肤水分，每天保证充足饮水，坚持使用保湿爽肤液，防止脸上水分流失；最后，长时间盯着电脑，眼睛会疲劳刺痛，眼睛周围会干燥并生出细小皱纹，应注意选择合适的眼膜或眼霜随时使用。<BR>
