<P>&nbsp; 不过这也说明了现在同学们的理性消费, 包清工虽然省钱却费神啊.反省了一宿.感觉要改变服务方案:我引导不了消费者,只能适应消费者了.希望大家能踊跃发言给我建议啊;</P>

  其实我们的清工确实要比外边的工程对的价格要高一点，主要原因是管理费，外边没有这项费用。虽然是清工，但是我们的管理还是要跟上的，与半包 全包的管理要同样对待，所以费用也相应的有所增加，但是你享受到的是和半包  全包工程同样的后期质量保证与施工时期的全程监督！！

  呵呵  我们也想在优惠一点，但是包清工的工程公司本身就没有多少利润。只有平时市场价格一半的管理费算是一点利润，但是我们也还是有一定的人员开支的。不过我们会尽量的压缩成本，尽量把实惠留给大家

不过我想如果清工如果是这样的费用，绝大多数还是会选择半包的，因为清工其实也就是图个实惠，是吧，嘿嘿

我觉得这样挺好的啊!
在外面直接找人，非常麻烦，也且没有一个管理体制，除了问题都不知道找谁！

<P>是啊&nbsp; 暂时只能是活动的一个支持.&nbsp; 但如果能把材料整合好也能推的.&nbsp; 比如武汉有个装饰公司它就是包清工,10.1那天材料销售达千万!包清工只是一种附加服务.</P>

装修费用想省下来，最可行的办法就是先在水电上下功夫！电路尽量少开槽，从开发商原来的管子里换线，灯头线我想就算开发商用的再垃圾都不会出问题的，（如果开发商用的线可以的话，还可以把长线改成短线用，有的KFS灯头线还用的2.5的，大家还可以改成插座线），空调线在换线的时候可以保留地线，那个只要接地正确就可以。水路也在原来的水路上改动，这样重做的就只需要1路热水，这样水电至少也能少2千，（当然面积太小的除外），其他方便就要看业主需要了，个人认为人工费用能省的可能性不大，毕竟不能已牺牲质量为前提啊
