<div id="brd-content">实木地板具有弹性好、温馨和舒适的优点，给人以回归自然之感，因此备受消费者青睐。但实木地板在使用过程中，如选材和铺设不当，就会出现一些“常见病”，如虫蛀、扒缝、响声、脏板、花脸、起鼓和起翘等，下面就针对这些“病症”谈一下诊治的方法： <p>　　虫蛀：因为木材里虫子的咬蛀，地板表面经常能看到一堆一堆的粉末，令人烦恼。究其原因，与地板选材有关。为防止虫蛀，一是选购经过干燥窑喷蒸工艺生产出的地板，尽管 价钱较为昂贵，但已将木材里的虫卵全部杀死；二是认真挑选龙骨，凡是有虫眼或树皮的，一律不用。 </p><p>　　扒缝：有的地板铺过数日，板条之间便出现了较大的缝隙。这大都与地板铺设前含水率过高有关，因室内高温或风干而收缩。注意地板铺设前的含水率应在8%-13%区间内，并且铺完后要及时上油。 </p><p>　　 响声：由于地板铺设的质量不高，人们在上面走动时会发出嘎吱的响声，听到后很不舒服。为此，要注意龙骨与地面、地板与龙骨之间结合牢固，用钉的数量和长度恰当。与此同时，要防止龙骨间距太大或者含水率过高，否则铺设后干燥收缩松动，也会造成一定的影响。 </p><p>　　 脏板：指的是有的地板上漆后，给人以一种不清洁的“灰蒙蒙”的感觉，有的甚至脚印清晰可见。要避免这种情况的发生，注意打磨后至刷油前的板面保持清洁至关重要。 </p><p>　　 花脸：使用同一树种的板条，颜色也会出现较大的差异。如果铺设不当，便极易呈现出“花脸”。在使用清漆木色地板铺设，特别是色差极大的树种板条时，您应考虑板条的选择和调配，做到地板的颜色由浅入深，或者由深入浅逐渐过渡。 </p><p>　　 起鼓：有的地板在铺完后，受潮膨胀而出现起鼓。这大都与地板周围的环境，特别是基础太潮或地板进水有关系。为确保地板不起鼓，要注意三点：一，土建工程结束时，不能立即铺设实木地板；二，如果居室处在潮湿的环境里，以铺设防潮地板为宜；三，在铺设时，地板的含水率不能低于6%。 </p><p>　　起翘：这主要是因为实木地板没有经过正规的干燥处理所引起的。所以在安装时可以在地板下面铺上一层塑料薄膜，一方面起到防潮和防止地板起翘的作用，另一方面具有一定的隔音效果。此外提前两三天把地板放置于要铺设的室内，使木材适应室内的温度，也能防翘。 </p></div>
